- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Return Shipping

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

- After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
