Does your cold therapy machine provide water circulation?
No, our cold therapy machine does not provide water circulation. It operates by providing cold compression therapy to the affected area, reducing swelling, soreness, and inflammation, without circulating water. In case you prefer to keep water continuously chilled, we recommend re-chilling the knee-wrap. This can be done by squeezing the knee wrap's water out by bringing it above the cold box and then, bringing it lower than the box and letting it refill with gravity. Make sure that there is enough chilled water in the cold box.
What is a medical isolation pad mentioned in the instructions for the Cold Therapy System, and where can I find it?
The medical isolation pad is simply a piece of fabric that acts as a barrier between your skin and the knee wrap to prevent direct contact, particularly for those with sensitive skin. You can use any fabric that is suitable for your skin.
If I am using the Compression Pump can we have the cooler lower than the wrap?
It is ideal to keep the cold box above the knee level. We did make a mistake in putting some wrong pictures on the website earlier, but we are in the process of fixing it. In case you choose to keep the cold box lower than knee, I recommend re-chilling the knee-wrap. This can be done by squeezing the knee wrap's water out by bringing it above the cold box and then, bringing it lower than the box and letting it refill with gravity. Make sure that there is enough chilled water in the cold box.

Duration: Per Session: 20-30 minutes.

Overall Usage: First few weeks: Use the ice machine frequently, as directed by your doctor or physical therapist.
Following weeks: Gradually decrease usage as pain and swelling subside.
Long-term: Some individuals may continue using the ice machine for several months for pain management.
Important Considerations:
Consult your doctor or physical therapist: They will provide personalized instructions based on your specific condition and recovery progress.
Avoid direct contact with skin: Always use a barrier, such as a towel or cloth, between the ice pack and your skin to prevent ice burns.
Listen to your body: If you experience any discomfort or numbness, stop using the ice machine and consult your doctor or physical therapist.
